69 years ago,today, Hiroshima was left in ruins after an atomic bomb was dropped on the beautiful city.
Thousands of individuals have been affected by this attack and the effects are still continuing. Luckily the city rebuilt itself slowly and [other than the second bombing on Nagasaki] the world has vowed to never again use such inhuman actions.
Today is a day for remembrance. Remembering those who were lost, those who suffered, and the actions that we should never use again. Unfortunately, whats done is done and we cannot change the past. However, we can make damn sure, it never happens again.
